The company was originally founded in 2015 in Bozeman, Montana by Scott Schulz with the aim to bring innovation, functionality, and modern designs to the construction industry. Scott is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker and co-owns Sage Land Company a ranch brokerage serving all of Montana. He has extensive knowledge of the construction industry having professionally worked in many different sub trades in the industry. This experience provides insight to the processes, products, and most importantly the quality that should be expected from sub-contractors. Scott believes in pushing the industry and educates himself about new processes and products that create more innovative, efficient, and functional spaces. He believes in producing exceptional quality in each step of a project regardless of if the outcome will be noticeable to a typical consumer.
